Returns Policy

At SteadFastDeals we mean to offer the best in service for all our customers. Upon delivery please inspect your order. 

 Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or wrong merchandise. refunds are subject to evaluation.   If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued (less a 15% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge), unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you. We can only accept returns on products that have not been opened. Please Note: we offer a limited lifetime warranty for every product we sell. Steadfastdeals products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if in the original packaging with; Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a copy of the original receipt and invoice. SteadFastDeals will send you the correct product or issue you a Store Credit.


Please summit your claims within 30 days uponthe purchase date and store credit will be given for defective or wrong merchandise, also if product no longer in stock.

Return merchandise without the proper RMA number and copy of the sales invoice will not constitute the right to a refund nor credit and it will not be accepted by SteadFastDeals.

Original delivery fees are not refundable (Except Wrong Merchandise).

SteadfastDeals will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective merchandise.(subject to evaluation).


Wrong merchandise:

If you received wrong merchandise due to shipping error, please notify returns@steadfastdeals.com within 30 days upon receive and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect merchandise at no extra cost. We will send you the correct product or issue you a Store Credit.


Defective merchandise:

If you received defective merchandise, please notify returns@steadfastdeals.com within 30 days and we will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to return the product back to us for confirmation.Please note that refund will be issued when item is receibe  SteadFastDeal will ship out a replacement to you.

 Only unused defective products in the original packaging may be returned for replacement or store credit, if products no longer in stock.

Procedure to file for Returns:

If you receive defective or wrong products, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to file for a return.

You can request a RMA number by sending an email to returns@steadfastdeals.com with the following information:

Customer’s name:
Customer’s phone number:
Customer’s billing address:
Customer’s e-mail address:
Customer’s original order number
Customer’s Reasons for returning the item:

In the return package, please include a copy of customer’s email invoice and your RMA number.  Please also write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
